Add a Grandstream AP

• Go to https://www.gdms.cloud/login
• Login with ARDITI admin account
• Navigate to "Devices"
• Click "Add"
• Fill the "Name" field following the convention "GWN - Floor X - ROOM_NAME" (e.g., "GWN - Floor 0 - Gab. IT)
• Fill the "MAC" field with the mac address of the device, provided on the back of the device or on the small paper that comes in the box of the device
• Fill the "Initial Password" field with the password provided on the small paper that comes in the box of the device
• Select the "Device Group" as "WIFI" and the floor where the device will be placed
• In the "Device Remarks" put the exact location where the AP will be placed
• Click "Add"
• On the device list search for the device just added and click on it
• Go to the "Configuration" separator on the top menu
• Enable "Fixed IP" and fill the "IPV4 Address" with an address following the following convention: 10.21.X.Y where X is 20 for floor 2, 10 for floor 1, 0 for floor 0, 1 for floor -1, and 2 for floor -2. Y should be any number that creates an IP that has not been used yet. Check the IP Distribution spreadsheet to make sure there are no IP conflicts
• "IPv4 Subnet Mask" should be "255.255.0.0"
• IPv4 Gateway should be "10.21.0.1", the "Preferred IPv4 DNS" should be "10.20.0.5" and the "Alternate IPv4 DNS" should be "10.20.0.6", enable "Management VLAN" and define "VLAN ID" as "321".
