Salto

The Salto system is the system responsible for the access to the doors in the Tecnopolo building as well as the access to the OOM's Operational Center.

Add a user

• Access the web interface with an admin account
• Click in "Users" on navigate to "Cardholders" -> "Users"
• Click on "+ ADD"
• Set the required information, including the "Mobile app" as "JustIN Mobile" and the "International phone number"

• Click on "SAVE"
• On the right-side menu, click on "User Access Levels"
• Select the corresponding access level.
  • If a user needs special time access, for instance, to be able to open the door earlier than the standard settings, then:
    • On the right side, click "Zones"
    • Click on the "+" icon
    • Select the door and select the timetable for a specific door
    • Click on "SAVE"

Give door access to a user

• Authenticate on the web interface with an admin account
• Click on "Users" or navigate to "Cardholders" -> "Users"
• Search for the user you want to give access to the door
• Click on the name of the user
• On the right-side menu, click on "User Access Levels"
• Select the corresponding access level.
  • If a user needs special time access, for instance, to be able to open the door earlier than the standard settings, then:
    • On the right side, click "Zones"
    • Click on the "+" icon
    • Select the door and select the timetable for a specific door
    • Click on "SAVE"
